Still & Box Alarm @ 1419 W Roscoe St

3/29/15- The 5th Battalion was sent on a Still Alarm at Roscoe and Janssen for a reported house fire. Upon arrival, Engine 112 reported they had a fire in a 2.5 story frame. Truck 44 took side A. Companies had two lines on the fire while Truck 44 was on the roof when the attic flashed. Members temporarily were having trouble getting off the roof so Battalion 5 requested a Box. The fire destroyed much of the attic and the home appeared uninhabitable. There were no injuries. Companies on the scene were: E112 E78 E55 E56 T44 TL21 T22 (RIT) T6 (BOX) BN5 BN9 (RIT) SQ1 2-7-2 BN10 BN3 BN12 2-2-2 2-1-21 A43 A61 4-5-2 4-5-3 (RIT).
