Still & Box Alarm @ 7222 S University Ave

2/16/15- The 23rd Battalion had its second fire of the morning, the first on Jeffery Blvd and then this one on University. Engine 72 arrived first-in and reported a fire in a 1.5 story frame with a fire on 2. Truck 16 arrived as first truck and took Side A, the Officer requested a Box for exposure problems on Side B. Battalion 23 got on scene and reported they may have kids trapped on 2 but all searches turned up negative. Once a positive source of water was found, companies quickly extinguished the fire and the Box was struck out by 2-2-6 roughly 22 minutes after companies arrived on scene.
